At Catholic Charities Community Services of Rockland, we aim to affirm the dignity and wellbeing of all members of our community. Through STEHP, our street outreach case managers help clients take one step at a time to support themselves and become housed. They can help identify goals and connect clients to community resources from wherever they're starting. Case managers are mobile and will meet clients out in the community.
